The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For exact details, see individual items.
Normal Processing time is 1 - 3 days to create before shipment. I will email you from Stamps.com with your shipment's tracking number the day I ship.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sew Lake Tahoe is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please Note: World wide customs varies shipments delivery. Each nations customs can hold packages up to 30 days before releasing it.
Returns & Exchanges:
Sew Lake Tahoe will gladly accept returns and cancellations Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will do my best to make your order correct.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
